doing some yard work last month, i found a ww2 dogtag in the dirt.
i'd like to return it to the family, but haven't been able to find a way to determine where they are.
all i could find on the net was a site for the same purpose set up for vietnam vets' tags.. here's how the tag reads:.

its been a while since i posted here...hope everyone is well.. some in canada may read the national post newspaper...friday they had an editorial entitled "halfway between religion and cult", discussing the blood issue as it relates to the the surviving sextuplets in british columbia, canada.
i decided to respond, and to my suprise it become the "letter of the day", published in this weekend's edition of the post.

I couldn't have said it better myself, great letter. I always knew growing up that I was disposable if I got hurt or sick bad enough. Made me very cautious in what I did so I didn't get hurt. I knew I was loved but I also knew it was very conditional.
yep, that's right...my daughter delivered a healthy 7 pound 6 ounce baby boy on tuesday.. ....and i found out because someone forwarded a forwarded e-mail to me.. i hate the watchliar sociopath society and everything it stands for..

Yes, some moms do. The only thing I worry about now is if they are going to try and hit me up for money. One time all 3 of them tried at the same time. I asked if they were going to take care of me when I got old since I was going to be poor. I worry much more about the grandkids then I do the kids.
i had a memory come up today.
i recall there was a time when kids were allowed to read the subheadings at the watchtower study.
they cut that out because they wanted kids to participate in the same way as the adults, by answering the questions for the paragraphs.
No! They are treated like adults when they are kids, and threated like kids when they are adults.
when my brother suggested we watch the new film 'happy feet' i inwardly groaned - i'm getting tired of anthropomorphic cgi films with their cute identical characters.
i'm surprised to say though that i really enjoyed this film - it wasn't what i expected.

I saw it a couple weeks ago with my 8 year old granddaughter. I thought it was pretty good and thought of it as a cartoony version of "March of the Penguins". My first thought was that it was too old for very young ones and the seals even scared me, so I would not recommend it to very young kids. The whales were too scary too. It did make you want to dance a little jig tho.

I've had AAA Plus for years. I've had to use them a few times. I like to lock my keys in the car, a lot(yes I do have a spare in my purse, but it doesn't help when it's in the car too). I had a few tows also. I've gotten their vacation plans too.
I highly recomment them, they have always done good by me. Last year I even started memberships (basic) for my kids for Christmas presents so the grandkids will not be stranded.
